Frequently asked questions
You should bring any letters, reports or information you think might be relevant to you treatment. If you are claiming a medicare rebate, you should also make sure you bring your mental health treatment plan and referral with you. If you do not bring your referral, you will not be able to access a medicare rebate.
If you are booking in for a walking session, we ask that you send this information through prior to your session.
Yes! We are able to process your medicare rebate following your session, after you make payment as long as you have provided us with a referral and a mental health treatment plan that has been developed with your gp.
If you are on a walking session, we will send you the invoice following your session. Once you pay for your session, we will supply you with an updated invoice to present to medicare who will process your rebate for you.
